I am a disabled Vet and the VA has had some mods made to my home to make it more accessible for me. One of them is a lift in my garage that replaced 6 steps up into my home. Please trust me, it was a necessity. I am very thankful for the help the VA provides to make my life as normal as possible. All that said, the lift is a piece of machinery that periodically needs maintenance. Imagine a lift that won't go up or down. Suddenly, no more access to a normal exit or to a fridge or freezer in the garage. Here's where the great people from American Mobility come in. There are several I have come to know by name. Why... cuz when my lift won't lift, all I need to do is call the VA & let em know, then call American Mobility, and usually they are at my house in an hour or two, diagnosing and fixing the problem. This time it was Danny. Ultra professional, had the problem identified and fixed in 20 minutes. I count on this lift. Its about having access in my own home. I have 2 other appliances the VA has installed to help me. Same deal. If something goes wrong, these same people make it right ASAP. I know you're all not disabled Vets. But YOU CAN COUNT ON THESE FOLKS TO TAKE CARE OF YOU WHEN YOU NEED THEM THE MOST. They are polite, they know their stuff, and they are fast about making things work. And that IS THE NAME OF THE GAME! BZ American Mobility! Mil folks will get the jargon. Thats good stuff for the rest of y'all.
